Terms of Service
These terms describe how you may use Hookbird, a service for creating and scheduling social media content.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and your workspaces.
2. Your content
You own the content you upload and the content generated for you, subject to the terms of the networks you post to. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and publish it on your behalf.
You are responsible for what you publish, including disclosing AI-generated content where a platform or law requires it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Hookbird to impersonate real people, create deceptive endorsements, spam, harass, or break any network’s rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Plans, credits and billing
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plan credits reset monthly; purchased credit packs do not expire. Credits for failed generations are refunded. Prices are shown before you pay.
5. Third-party services
Hookbird connects to social networks and AI model providers. Their availability and policies are outside our control.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
