Privacy Policy

Draft. For review: this text is a placeholder written in plain language and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not yet a binding agreement.

This policy explains what data Hookbird collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), workspace and billing information, the content you create, connected social account tokens, and usage data needed to run the service.

Brand reading

When you give us a URL, we read publicly available pages of that site to build your brand kit. We do not log in to anything on your behalf.

How we use it

To provide and improve Hookbird, generate and publish content you request, show benchmarks, process payments, and contact you about your account.

AI providers

Prompts and media are sent to AI model providers only to generate what you asked for. We do not sell your data or use your private content to train shared models.

Sharing

With the social networks you connect (to publish), payment and infrastructure providers (to operate the service), and when required by law.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data and disconnect any network at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@hookbird.ai.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer.
