Data deletion

How to delete the data Hookbird holds about you, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and other connected networks.

Disconnect one network

In Hookbird, open the channel’s menu (Channel options) and choose Delete. Hookbird stops reading from and publishing to that account. To revoke Hookbird’s access on the network side too, remove Hookbird in the network’s own settings (for example Facebook: Settings, Apps and websites; TikTok: Settings, Security and permissions, Apps and services).

Delete your whole account

In Hookbird, open Settings and use Delete Account in the Danger zone. Your workspaces, posts, media, connected-network tokens and statistics are deleted within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep billing records.

Ask us to do it

Email support@hookbird.ai from the address of your Hookbird account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
